HVAC Systems

We supply engineered HVAC systems designed for industrial facilities, modular buildings, control rooms, and remote installations. Equipment is selected based on environmental conditions, load calculations, system redundancy, and integration with central BMS or standalone control panels.

▪️ Air Handling Units & Fan Coil Units

Air-side systems are offered in both draw-through and blow-through configurations, suitable for fresh air handling and recirculation. Units are available with multi-stage filtration, EC fans, chilled water or DX coils, and integrated humidifiers or heaters where required.

  • AHUs range from 5,000 to 120,000 CFM
  • FCUs offered in horizontal and vertical configurations, with 2-pipe or 4-pipe systems
  • Housing options include double-skin casing with PU or rockwool insulation
  • Suitable for utility buildings, accommodation modules, and substations

▪️ Chillers, DX Units & Packaged Systems

We supply air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, rooftop units, and ducted DX systems depending on cooling loads and site constraints.

  • Chillers available in screw, scroll, or centrifugal compressor options, up to 500+ TR
  • Refrigerants selected based on efficiency and GWP regulations (R410A, R134A, R1234ze)
  • DX units provided for zones where water circulation is impractical
  • Packaged systems with integrated compressors, coils, and control logic for quick deployment

▪️ Ventilation Equipment

For general exhaust, pressurization, or smoke management, we supply inline, axial, and centrifugal fans with optional VFD integration.

  • Fire and volume control dampers comply with NFPA/BS standards
  • Filters offered from G4 to HEPA class depending on the application (lab, warehouse, clean zone)
  • Systems sized for ASHRAE or project-specific air change rates

▪️ Controls & Field Devices

Thermostats, modulating actuators, and motorized valves are provided with communication protocols compatible with BACnet, Modbus, or stand-alone analog control.

  • VFDs supplied for energy optimization across fans and chilled water pumps
  • Control panels can be pre-wired and tested, or integrated on-site into BMS infrastructure

All systems are supported with submittals, heat load calculations (if required), and site supervision for critical installations. We work with globally approved brands such as Daikin, Trane, LG, Trosten, York, and others as specified per regional approvals.
