Marine Fasteners, Sealing & Hardware

We supply a complete portfolio of fasteners, sealing materials, and general marine hardware engineered for use in aggressive offshore and shipboard environments. These items are widely utilized across structural fabrication, pipe installations, engine rooms, and outfitting works where strength, corrosion resistance, and vibration integrity are essential.

▪️ Fasteners and Fixings

Marine fasteners play a critical role in securing joints and mechanical assemblies under constant motion, fluctuating loads, and saline exposure.

We offer bolts, nuts, screws, studs, threaded rods, and washers manufactured from stainless steel grades such as AISI 304 and 316, as well as higher-performance alloys like Inconel, Monel, duplex, super duplex, copper-nickel, and titanium.

Items are available in various thread types including coarse and fine, and are compliant with DIN, ISO, ASTM, and BS standards. Surface finish options include plain, hot-dip galvanized, PTFE-coated, cadmium-plated, or Xylan-treated for added corrosion resistance. All fasteners can be provided with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and optional mechanical testing reports including tensile strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance.

▪️ Sealing and Gasket Solutions

Our sealing products are designed to ensure leak-tight integrity in critical flanged joints, manholes, inspection covers, and valve assemblies.

We offer spiral wound gaskets, ring-type joints, rubber gaskets, PTFE and graphite-based sheets, and molded shapes. Braided packing is also available for rotating and reciprocating equipment, using materials such as aramid, graphite, PTFE, and hybrid fibers. O-rings are stocked in NBR, EPDM, Viton, and FFKM across a range of metric and imperial sizes. Marine-grade adhesives and sealants include RTV silicone, anaerobic flange sealers, and chemical-resistant bonding agents.

▪️ General Marine Hardware

We provide outfitting and structural accessories such as watertight doors, stainless steel hatches, heavy-duty hinges, locking latches, porthole closures, and deck access covers. For safety-sensitive zones, items can be supplied in fire-rated or gas-tight configurations, conforming to IMO and class society guidelines.

All components are delivered with full material traceability and optional classification society inspection. Custom kits and consolidation packages are available for refit programs, drydock repairs, or project-based construction.
